What this policy covers

This policy explains cookies and similar browser storage used on askbumblebee.com. The invited Bumblebee product may use additional storage required for authentication, security, preferences, installation, notifications, and offline operation.

For the wider treatment of personal information, read the Privacy Policy.

02

Essential preferences

Essential local storage remembers choices you make on this device. It does not load Google Analytics and is not used to build advertising audiences.

  • bumblebee:analytics-consent records whether you allowed analytics or chose essential storage only.
  • bumblebee-theme stores the light or dark appearance selected on the public site.
  • The private app may cache interface and authentication state required to provide an invited workspace securely.
03

Optional public-site analytics

If you select Allow analytics, Bumblebee loads Google Analytics 4 on public pages. GA4 may set first-party cookies such as _ga and a property-specific _ga_* cookie to distinguish visits and produce aggregate usage reports.

We use those reports to understand which pages are useful, how visitors move through the public website, and where the experience performs poorly. We do not intentionally send private assistant conversations, authenticated workspace activity, connected-account content, or form text to public-site analytics.

04

Attribution stored on this device

After analytics consent, the public site may store the first landing path, broad referrer category, and campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign in local storage. This helps Bumblebee understand which public journeys lead to an access request.

If you submit a Get Access request, those fields may be included with the request so the landing page can be connected to the conversion. The full referrer URL and private assistant content are not included in that attribution record.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals keep optional analytics and attribution off. Private app, API, admin, and browser-handoff routes are excluded from public analytics.

05

Change or withdraw your choice

You can reopen cookie settings at any time. Choosing essential only stops future analytics events, disables the GA4 property in this browser, and attempts to remove first-party Google Analytics cookies set on this domain. You can also clear website data through your browser settings.

06

Other providers and contact

External websites have their own cookie and privacy practices. An invited Bumblebee workspace may also rely on hosting, authentication, notification, and integration providers needed to deliver the service.

For questions about this policy, use the Contact page and select the privacy route.

Choose what travels with you.

Bumblebee uses essential browser storage. With permission, we also use GA4 to understand which public pages are useful. Nothing from your private workspace is included.
