Who this policy covers

This policy applies when you visit askbumblebee.com, submit an access or contact request, or use a Bumblebee invited workspace.

"Bumblebee," "we," and "us" refer to the operator of the Bumblebee product and website. You can reach the privacy contact through the Contact page.

02

Information we collect

The information depends on how you interact with Bumblebee. We aim to collect only what is relevant to the website, access request, or workflow you choose.

  • Information you submit, such as email address, workflow description, and messages sent to us.
  • Basic website and device information, such as page path, referral source, browser type, device type, and approximate region when available.
  • Consent, attribution, and theme preferences stored in cookies or local storage.
  • Workspace conversations, task details, files, preferences, and instructions you provide while using the product.
  • Information from connected accounts only after authorization and only as available through the selected integration.
  • Operational information such as request time, status, error logs, and security-relevant events.
03

How we use information

We use information to provide the experience you request, maintain and protect the service, understand the usefulness of public pages, communicate about access, and improve product workflows.

  • Respond to access, privacy, security, support, and general inquiries.
  • Provide and operate an invited Bumblebee workspace.
  • Run workflows using the context and connections you authorize.
  • Measure public-page usefulness and conversion when optional analytics is configured and allowed.
  • Prevent abuse, investigate errors, and protect the availability and security of the service.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce agreements.
04

Legal grounds where applicable

Depending on your location and the interaction, processing may rely on your consent, steps requested before entering an agreement, performance of an agreement, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests such as operating and securing the service.

Optional public analytics is intended to respect the cookie choice and Do Not Track behavior implemented on the site. You can withdraw analytics consent through the available cookie preference control.

05

Connected accounts and private content

Bumblebee features may use connected accounts only after authorization. The available information and actions depend on the provider, permissions granted, and workflow configuration.

Public website analytics does not need and should not read private assistant conversations, authenticated workspace activity, or connected-account content. Do not connect an account or submit sensitive information unless the workflow and workspace terms are appropriate for it.

06

When information is shared

We may use infrastructure, hosting, communications, analytics, authentication, integration, and support providers to operate Bumblebee. They receive information only as needed for the service they provide. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

  • We do not sell personal information as a standalone business model.
  • We do not share private workspace content with public-site analytics.
  • A connected service receives requests or actions only within the integration and permissions you authorize.
07

International processing

Bumblebee and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, we will use an appropriate mechanism or provide additional information for the relevant service arrangement.

08

Retention

We keep information only while it is reasonably needed for the purpose described, to maintain the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, or protect security.

Access requests are retained while we evaluate and communicate about workspace access, then reviewed for deletion when no longer useful. Operational and backup copies may remain for a limited period. Workspace retention may be described further in the applicable workspace agreement.

09

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. Rights are not absolute and may depend on the legal basis and applicable law.

  • Use the Contact page and include the email associated with your request or workspace.
  • Change public-site analytics consent through the cookie preference control when available.
  • Disconnect supported accounts from the authenticated product controls or ask us for help.
  • You may complain to the relevant data-protection authority where that right applies.
10

Children, changes, and contact

Bumblebee is a work product and is not directed to children. Do not submit a child's personal information through the public forms or product.

We may update this policy as product features, integrations, or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision. Material changes may also be communicated through the product or by email when appropriate.

For privacy questions or requests, use the Contact page and select the privacy route.
