Terms

Terms of Use

These terms govern the Bumblebee public website, free resources, access requests, and any invited product use not covered by a separate written agreement.

01

Accepting these terms

By using the public website or submitting a request, you agree to these terms. If you use Bumblebee for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization.

If you do not agree, do not use the website, resources, forms, or invited product workspace.

02

Public website and resources

You may use the public pages, guides, scorecards, and templates for your own evaluation and internal work. They are general information and do not replace legal, financial, security, employment, medical, or other professional advice.

  • Do not resell or present the resources as your own standalone product.
  • Do not interfere with the site, bypass controls, scrape abusively, or test vulnerabilities without authorization.
  • Do not submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or unnecessary sensitive information.
03

Access requests and availability

Submitting the Get Access form allows us to contact you and assess product fit. It does not guarantee access, create a paid agreement, reserve capacity, or establish a service-level commitment.

Bumblebee may accept, delay, limit, or decline an access request. Current features, connections, and workflows may change as the product evolves.

04

Accounts and authorized use

If invited, you are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials, and activity under your account. Use Bumblebee only for accounts, information, and actions you are authorized to access.

  • Do not share access in a way that defeats account controls.
  • Do not use Bumblebee to impersonate, harass, surveil, discriminate against, or harm another person.
  • Do not use the product for irreversible or high-consequence actions without appropriate qualified human review.
05

Your content and connected services

You retain responsibility for the content, instructions, files, and account connections you provide. You grant Bumblebee permission to process that material only as needed to operate the service and the workflows you request.

Third-party services have their own terms and availability. You are responsible for keeping the permissions appropriate and for reviewing external actions before approval.

06

AI outputs and human review

AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You must review facts, sources, calculations, ownership, dates, recommendations, and external communications before relying on them.

  • Bumblebee does not assume your professional, fiduciary, managerial, or legal responsibilities.
  • Do not treat generated output as the sole basis for consequential decisions about people, safety, rights, finance, or regulated matters.
  • If an owner, decision, source, or deadline is unclear, resolve the ambiguity before acting.
07

Fees and changes

Access pricing is confirmed before you commit. If paid access is offered, the applicable scope, fees, billing period, cancellation terms, and taxes will be stated in the order, invitation, or separate agreement. We may change future packaging without changing an already agreed paid period except as that agreement allows.

08

Intellectual property

Bumblebee and its site, software, branding, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership. Feedback may be used to improve the product without an obligation to compensate you, provided it does not require us to disclose your confidential information.

09

Availability, suspension, and termination

The public site and product are provided on an evolving basis. We may modify or discontinue features, restrict abusive or risky use, suspend access to protect the service, or end an invited workspace. Where practical, paid arrangements will follow their specific notice and termination terms.

10

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public website, resources, and product are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Bumblebee is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the public site or product. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits may not apply to you.

11

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product and public site evolve. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their effective date.

For questions about these terms, use the Contact page and include enough context for us to understand the request.
